Close Plan
A Close Plan sequences the deal backwards from the thing that forces a decision. Every signoff between here and signature, who owns it, and what it waits on. Where nobody has told you how long a step takes, the row says so instead of carrying a date somebody invented — which is why the last block is a version you can hand your champion.
When you reach for it
Wednesday, while the close date is still a date somebody typed.
What's in it
Every block this artifact writes, in the order it writes them. One of them is set out in full below, on a real deal — the rest are named and nothing else, because a block filled in to look good on a marketing page is the one thing this product refuses to do.

What could stall this
The version you send your champion
The filled block is Halden Freight, the deal the home page works, read off 3 calls and 1 email thread and nothing else. The other blocks are named here and left empty on purpose.
This is what comes out. What goes in is the call you already had.
