Binding document · Refunds
What you paid for, and how to stop paying.
This policy covers paid seats: who sells them, when a payment comes back, and what cancelling does. It sits alongside the terms, which it does not replace.

Who sells it
Paid seats are sold by Paddle, which acts as Merchant of Record and reseller for every order. The seller is Paddle.com Inc. for buyers in the United States, Paddle.com (Canada) Ltd for buyers in Canada, and Paddle.com Market Limited, based in the United Kingdom, for buyers everywhere else.
The charge on your statement, the invoice and the tax on it are Paddle's, and Paddle's buyer terms apply to the purchase alongside ours. SalesWolf DOO, registered at Uroša Martinovića 9/44, 11070 Belgrade, Serbia (Reg. No. 21579874, Tax ID (PIB) 111949567), provides the service the seats pay for.
The trial
The first 14 days are free, and no card is taken to start them. Nothing is charged during the trial, so there is nothing to refund or cancel, and if you do not buy seats when it ends, nothing is billed.
The trial is the workspace owner's alone. Teammates can be invited once seats are bought, one seat for each person, the owner included.
Refunds
Ask within 14 days of a purchase, or of the renewal that charged you, and that payment is refunded in full.
To ask, use the link on the receipt Paddle emailed you, or look up your order at paddle.net. You can also write to [email protected] and we will arrange it with Paddle.
A payment older than that is not refunded, except where the law where you live gives you a longer right. Nothing on this page reduces a right the law gives you.
Cancelling
The workspace owner can cancel at any time: from Billing in the app, which opens Paddle's customer portal, from the link on any Paddle receipt, or by writing to us. A cancellation takes effect at the end of the period you have already paid for: the seats keep working until then, and nothing further is charged.
Cancelling does not refund the rest of a period beyond the 14 days above, with one exception: if you stop because you object to a new subprocessor, the period you objected to is not charged, as the DPA sets out.
What happens to your workspace
Nothing in a workspace is deleted because its subscription or its trial ended. Everything already in it stays readable, copyable and editable by hand. Starting a new deal, and anything that calls the model, such as reading new material or drafting, waits until seats are bought again.
Your material goes only when you delete it or close your account, and is gone for good 90 days after that; the privacy policy sets out exactly what that window covers.
