Pricing · one plan · no form
One plan, and nothing held back for a higher one.
You sell software. You know what a “contact us for pricing” page is for, and you know it is not for you.
What it costs, and how each number is reached
List prices in USD and EUR, per person, before VAT or sales tax. Paddle sells the seats and adds any tax at checkout.
Monthly
$29 / €29
Billed each month. Cancel any month; it ends with the month you paid for.
Annual
$290 / €290
Billed once a year. Twelve months at the monthly rate is $348 / €348; you are charged for ten — two months you do not pay for.
14 days free. No card. Files are read, then discarded.
SalesWolf is in early access. Sign-up may ask you for an invite code; when it does, the price and the trial terms above are the same ones you get.

The questions you would ask
What happens when the 14 days are up?
Nothing is charged, because we never took a card. Your deals are still there, and you can still read, edit and copy them; starting a new deal, and anything that asks the model, waits until you subscribe. You decide then whether to pay, and if you do not, nothing is billed and nothing is sold on.
How do I cancel?
The workspace owner cancels from Billing in the app, which opens Paddle’s customer portal. The link on any Paddle receipt works too, or write to us. No call to talk you out of it, no form asking why. It takes effect at the end of the period you paid for, and nothing more is charged.
What does “no CRM sync” mean for me?
It means nothing you put here appears in your CRM, and no manager gets a dashboard of it. SalesWolf works for the rep and nobody else — that is the product decision, not a missing integration we intend to add later.
What happens to the files I upload?
They are read for what they say, and then discarded. We keep the structured facts we extracted — the pain, the buyer, the dates — and not the original file. That is a commitment, not a setting you have to find.
Is there a free tier?
No. Every deal you work costs us real model spend, so a free tier would be paid for either by making the product worse or by selling something else. The trial is the free part, and it is the whole product.
Can I buy it for my team?
Yes. The workspace owner buys a seat for each person and invites them from the app, and can change the count later. The trial is the owner’s alone; teammates join once seats are bought. A team shares one company knowledge base — and gets no manager view of what the reps are doing.
