Binding document · Terms

The agreement, in the words it actually means.

These terms govern your use of SalesWolf. They are short because the service is narrow, and literal because a term you have to reread twice is one that will be argued about later.

Who you are agreeing with

SalesWolf is operated by SalesWolf DOO, registered at Uroša Martinovića 9/44, 11070 Belgrade, Serbia (Reg. No. 21579874, Tax ID (PIB) 111949567). It provides the service, and it is who these terms are with.

"You" is the person with the account. If you are using SalesWolf for work, you confirm you are allowed to agree to these terms on your own behalf for that use.

What the service is

SalesWolf is a workspace for a salesperson's own deals. You put in what you know about a deal; it extracts the facts, tells you what is missing, and drafts text you copy out and use elsewhere.

It is not a CRM and does not connect to one. It does not report on you to a manager. Those are product decisions rather than promises, but they are stable ones, and this is the document where you can hold us to them.

Your account

One account belongs to one person. Keep access to it to yourself; anything done from your account is treated as done by you.

Access is by invitation while the service is in its early period, so a sign-up needs a code from us. There is no password to reset — if you lose access to the email address you sign in with, write to us and a person will deal with it.

What you put in

You are responsible for the material you enter. By entering it you confirm you are allowed to: that your employer permits it, that a confidentiality agreement does not forbid it, and that recording or transcribing a conversation was lawful where it happened.

Keep out anything you would not put in a work document: payment card numbers, government identifiers, health information, and anything else the law treats as a special category. The service is built for deal facts and is not designed to hold that material.

The output is a draft, and you are the one who sends it

Everything SalesWolf writes is generated by a language model. It can be wrong, it can be confidently wrong, and it can attribute something to a person who did not say it. Read it before you use it.

SalesWolf never sends what it writes to anyone. The one message it sends on your behalf is an invitation to a colleague you invite, and it carries no deal material. It produces text on a page; you decide what leaves the building. What you send is yours, and so is the responsibility for it.

Who owns what

Your material stays yours, and so are the drafts made from it. You grant us only the permission needed to run the service for you: to store your material, send the relevant parts to the model providers that serve a request, and produce the output you asked for.

We do not train any model on your material. What the providers on the subprocessors page do with a request they receive is governed by their own terms, and we have not negotiated a no-training commitment with any of them. If that matters to you, that is the honest state of it today.

The software, the methodology assets and the instructions we write for the models remain ours. Using the service does not license them to you.

What you may not do

  • Resell the service, or run it on someone else's behalf as a service of your own.
  • Share one account between people, or automate sign-ups.
  • Try to extract the instructions we give the models, or use the service to build a competing one.
  • Work around the request limits, or drive load that degrades the service for anyone else.
  • Enter material you have no right to enter.

Availability

There is no uptime commitment. SalesWolf is run by a very small operation; it will be down sometimes, occasionally without warning, and a language model provider having a bad day is enough to break a feature that worked an hour ago.

We keep backups for our own operational purposes. Do not treat SalesWolf as the only copy of something you cannot lose.

Fees

Paid seats are sold through Paddle, which acts as Merchant of Record and reseller for every order: Paddle.com Inc. for buyers in the United States, Paddle.com (Canada) Ltd for buyers in Canada, and Paddle.com Market Limited, based in the United Kingdom, for buyers everywhere else. You buy the seats from Paddle, under Paddle's buyer terms as well as these, and SalesWolf DOO provides the service they pay for.

Seats are priced per person and billed monthly or annually. The pricing page shows prices before tax. The price you pay is the one Paddle confirms at checkout, in your currency, with any sales tax or VAT added. Paddle calculates, collects and remits that tax on each order.

Refunds and cancellation follow the refund policy.

Ending it

You can stop using SalesWolf whenever you want, and delete your material from inside the product. Deleted material disappears immediately and is gone for good 90 days later; the privacy policy sets out exactly what that window covers.

We may suspend or close an account that breaks the section above, or where we are required to. If we close an account that has done nothing wrong, we will say why and give you a chance to take your material with you.

Warranties and liability

The service is provided as it is. We do not warrant that it will be available, that the output will be accurate, or that it is fit for a particular purpose. A deal you lose is not a deal we are liable for.

Our total liability to you is limited to the amount you have paid for the service in the twelve months before the claim. We are not liable for lost profit, lost commission, lost data or lost opportunity.

Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law: death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any right you have as a consumer.

Changes to these terms

We can change these terms. When a change matters, the date at the top moves with it. If you keep using the service after that, the new version applies; if you would rather not, you can delete your account and your material.

Governing law

The law and the courts that govern this agreement follow the registered seat of SalesWolf DOO:

The law of the Republic of Serbia, and the courts of Belgrade

If you are a consumer, this does not take away the protection of the mandatory law where you live.
